Public offer agreement
This Agreement is a public offer under Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Its terms are the same for all buyers. By placing an order on new-face.com.ua, the buyer accepts these terms.
1. Definitions
“Seller” — the online store new-face.com.ua. “Buyer” — the person placing an order. “Goods” — compression garments and related products.
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed on the website or by phone and confirmed by a manager. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in UAH. Payment on delivery or as agreed with the manager.
4. Delivery
Delivery via Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Timeframes as per the “Delivery & payment” page.
5. Returns and exchange
Exchange and return of quality goods are carried out under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, subject to hygiene requirements for personal-use items.
6. Liability
The parties are liable under the applicable laws of Ukraine.
7. Personal data
By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
